The Home Prep Package

Selling your home and getting the best price can usually come down to the small details. In partnership with Kalon Construction, we will review your home and make the appropriate suggestions to prepare your home for successful showing and sale. Below is the list of items we usually discover upon inspection.

 

- Paint needed areas:

      > Repair or repaint siding

      > Repaint or touch up trim and doorways

      > Freshen interior paints and finishes

      > Repair or repaint gutters and downspouts

 

- Check and repair deficient plumbing or electrical systems

 

- Check weather protusion areas:

      > Weather stripping and caulking around doors and windows

      > Repair a malfunctioning screens

      > Check roof for leaks

      > Check flashing around vents, skylights and chimney for leaks

      > Remove debris from gutters and downspouts

      > Ensure waterproofing around sink, shower and tub is in    

         good condition, replace if needed

 

- Clean everything including:

      > Wash steps and railings
